In the centenary year of the signing of the Ulster Covenant the strength and leadership shown by Carson is still as inspiring today as it was 100 years ago. Today, on the 77th Anniversary of Edward Carson’s funeral we are provided with an opportunity to remember his legacy.
Carson, along with the likes of Craig and Crawford, led Unionists through some of the most testing times in our history.
Carson’s vision was one of a fair and honest government for all. The Ulster Unionist Party still hold these values and are working to ensure we realise this vision of our former leader.
