Ulster Unionist Danny Kinahan has today welcomed the purchase of Belfast International Airport by ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide from Houston, Texas.
The South Antrim MLA said;
‘Belfast International is a jewel in the crown of the Northern Ireland economy and I look forward to working with the new owners to further promote the Airports valuable place in Northern Ireland and indeed Ireland.’
‘Our ports and airports are key to expanding the local economy and supporting the growth and development of Northern Ireland businesses on the global stage. In purchasing the airport, the new owners are demonstrating their faith in the future of Northern Ireland and as a South Antrim MLA I will continue to support Belfast International.’
