Danny Kennedy, Ulster Unionist MLA for Newry and Armagh, has expressed his disappointment that Irish Tricolours remain flying at Bessbrook Pond.
Mr Kennedy said:
"I am disappointed that the Tricolours were put up at Bessbrook Pond. This has the potential to harm community relations in the village.
"Whilst I welcome Sinn Fein's statement calling for their removal, the flags remain. I hope that this can be addressed very soon."
