Ulster Unionist Party Leader, Mike Nesbitt MLA, has sent the Party's congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of a new Princess, fourth in line to the Throne.
Mr Nesbitt said:
"On behalf of our Party Associations throughout Northern Ireland and their thousands of members, I send warmest congratulations from the Ulster Unionist Party to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their daughter.
"We are all delighted that both mother and baby are well, and our thoughts are joyful for the Cambridge family, the Queen and the broader Royal Family.
"The Duke and Duchess have proved to be exceptionally popular in this part of the United Kingdom and we look forward to welcoming them and their two children to Northern Ireland in the near future."
