East Belfast MLA Michael Copeland has expressed his shock after four men were injured as a result of a hit and run attack on the Lower Newtownards Road.
The Ulster Unionist said:
“I am deeply shocked to hear the news this morning that four men were mown down by a car in the early hours of this morning. One of these men could easily have died as a result of this attack.’
“I would wish them all a speedy recovery and encourage anyone with any information to pass it onto the PSNI immediately.’
