Elliott “delighted” by expansion of Teemore Engineering

Ulster Unionist MLA, Tom Elliott, has welcomed the news that Teemore Engineering have invested £745,000 in a determined drive to expand the company across theUnited Kingdom.

In a statement, Mr Elliott said: “I am delighted that Teemore Engineering are making a major investment into their company with a view to enhancing their presence across theUK. The firm, which I understand have also recently opened new premises, specialises in the supply of Cattle and Sheep handling equipment. They are extremely well known within the agricultural business sector and have been acknowledged as one of the leading businesses in Fermanagh for many years.”

“Our economy needs companies to aspire to greater things if we are to see economic growth and job creation. I know that the Managing Director of the company has welcomed the support Teemore Engineering received from Invest NI to this point, and I trust that further support will be provided in the future. Government must work with businesses in a pro-active manner if we are to see this good news story repeated elsewhere.”

“I would like to wish Teemore Engineering every success for the future. I have no doubts that their reputation for quality engineering and professionalism will stand them in excellent stead as they seek to expand and develop.”
